Responsibilities
• Complete daily processing and organization of damages, testers, and known theft product• Ensure timely completion of all shipping and receiving activities• Review and communicate missing or damaged visual elements in the store• Maintain and clean stockroom and sales floor areas• Participate in expert training sessions and cross-training• Demonstrate Sephora values in daily work• Provide excellent client service and work well with people• Multitask with strong communication skills• React to situations in-the-moment and adapt to changing store priorities• Have flexible availability for work
Requirements
• Equivalent work experience in operations preferred• Passion for client service• Strong communication skills and comfort with computer/store systems• Resilience and ability to handle changing store priorities• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds• Adherence to Sephora's dress code and policies
