Job Description:

Dick's Sporting Goods is seeking a confident and dedicated Operations Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in retail operations.

Responsibilities:- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, organizing stock, and conducting regular inventory counts- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service- Assist with store promotions and events, including setting up displays and signage- Work closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement in store operations
