Responsibilities
• Perform initial analysis of production issues.• Manage and escalate production issues.• Handle client communications and provide status updates.• Monitor and respond to tickets.• Identify and execute process improvements.• Document processes and support procedures.• Advocate for system and operational changes.• Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders.• Complete basic problem or trend analyses.• Work on problems of limited scope with instruction.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields.• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.• Knowledge of web-based applications and Microsoft Office Suite.• Familiarity with incident-ticketing systems and file transfer protocols.• Understanding of software development and financial services industry.• Excellent customer service and communication skills.• Analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools.• Flexibility, versatility, and dependability.• Leadership skills and ability to oversee matrix partners.
