Responsibilities
• Lead and assist in pre-planning of electrical needs• Contact exhibitors to receive and clarify electrical orders• Monitor workflow at show site and ensure tasks are completed• Assist exhibitors with new orders or changes• Organize and dispatch electrical labor at show site• Ensure work documentation and billing accuracy• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines• Support and communicate with customers• Assist in coaching and development of staff• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• College graduate preferred/High School diploma required• Knowledge of Tradeshow industry preferred• Demonstrate leadership ability• Excellent organizational and communication skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays• Must be able to work flexible schedule• Travel is required• Frequently performs work on the tradeshow floor
