Operational Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and organize the onboarding of new customers and upgrades for existing ones.
Develop project plans, set goals, and strategize based on customer needs and available resources.
Foster communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders using technology.
Efficiently allocate and utilize resources throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and address potential risks and issues to ensure project success.
Monitor and track progress, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
Provide regular status updates and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Adapt to changes in project scope or requirements and solve challenges as they arise.
Requirements:
Experience with PaceMateLIVE software.
Strong understanding of cardiology practice workflows, particularly in CIED remote/in-clinic, ambulatory monitoring, and heart failure.
Highly organized and skilled communicator.
Comfortable working independently and adept at objection handling and conflict resolution.
Required Equipment:
Must have stable, reliable internet access.
Education, Training, and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
