The Operational Change Management (OCM) Lead is a dynamic and driven individual who wants to help the CDIO organization manage large, complex changes impacting all employees. The individual must be driven to solve complex challenges and support all stakeholders through change. Agile, human-centered strategies are a key component of success. They are responsible for delivering change that enables the success of the organizations' goals. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the growth and transformation of the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead change management activities for the organization to apply a structured methodology.
- Manage the change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
- Define and initiate activities to support change and transition by assessing impact change, conducting analyses, assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders.
- Lead training efforts by providing input, documenting requirements, and establishing the design and delivery of training programs.
- Partner with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to measure efficacy of initiatives, manage communications and implementations that support organizational change.
- Manage third party relationships and vendors that provide communications and training services, platforms, resources, and tools.
- Establish business relationships and manage expectations of project sponsors.
- Serve as the central point of contact and primary interface for operational change management escalations from project managers and business stakeholders.
- Partner with project managers on inter-dependent projects as well as program managers responsible for delivering the overall enterprise strategy to the organization.
- Plan deliverables and work closely with teams to monitor performance.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 10+ years of relevant professional experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 10 years related experience. Master's degree a plus. Emphasis in Operational Change Management, or Business Leadership preferred.
- 5+ years OCM Experience.
- Experience leading change management efforts for system and process changes.
- Experience delivering complex projects in a medium to large size organization and aligning project resources and stakeholders to the agreed upon project deliverables.
- Experience in a client-facing role; work well with Stakeholders in both small project teams, and as part of a large, distributed project team, depending on project assignments.
- Experience taking full ownership of project assignments and working with cross-disciplinary organizations to accomplish the mission.
- Good understanding of HR Technologies, such as Workday.
- Excellent attention to detail, good analytical skills, good problem-solving skills, must be self-driven and capable of managing technical resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Visio required.
- Ability to firmly align project resources and stakeholders as to the agreed upon project deliverables.

#LI-PN1 Desired Skills Experience:
- Professional certifications in disciplines such as Prosci, Change Management, Agile, Business Analysis (e.g., Project Management Professional) preferred
- Experience working with international teams, specifically, India GCC
- Background and experience in I/O psychology a plus.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
