Responsibilities
• Provide excellent service to customers• Open deposit accounts and handle CSR transactions• Sell/cross sell and refer bank products and services• Generate and execute consumer loans• Resolve customer service issues• Engage in sales and service activities in branch locations• Oversee operational standards of assigned branch(es)• Ensure branch(es) meets expectations for branch audit• Maintain balancing and error record• Complete client transactions without errors/outages
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• One year related experience and/or training• Ability to pass background and credit standards for NMLS credentials• Proficient knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office software• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Positive and professional attitude• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail• Trustworthy and confidential behavior
