Responsibilities
• Open deposit accounts and handle CSR transactions• Sell and cross-sell bank products and services• Generate and execute consumer loans• Resolve customer service issues• Oversee operational standards of assigned branch(es)• Ensure branch(es) meets expectations for branch audit• Deliver superior customer service• Develop and retain the customer base• Maintain balancing and error record• Complete client transactions without errors/outages
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• One year related experience and/or training• Ability to pass background and credit standards for NMLS credentials• Proficient knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office software• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Positive and professional attitude• Must be able to travel and work in a fast-paced environment• Trustworthy and confidential behavior
