Job summary
The Operations Admin Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating clerical and administrative support staff within operationsKey responsibilities include payroll, scheduling, and other administrative tasksThe role requires at least 3 years of administrative experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Supervises the planning, organization, and development of the operation administration• Oversees department billing and employee attendance report• Collaborates with HR and Operations on training programs, new hires, and employee ID management• Ensures monthly ID Renewals report to HR• Ensures an organized and maintained employee record system• Provides guidance to employees in handling errors, problems, complaints, and disputes• Conducts performance analyses of employees• Coordinates work schedules and duty assignments• Interprets and explains work procedures and policies• Prepares and manages reports, manuals, correspondence, and other documents• Reviews records and reports for monitoring employee activities and evaluating performance• Works with other supervisors to coordinate workplace activities• Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions• Implements company or departmental policies, procedures, and quality/service standards• Maintains records, including inventory, personnel, orders, supplies, and maintenance documentation• Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Must possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent• Valid driver's license• Minimum 3+ years of Administrative experience• Minimum 1+ years of supervisory experience• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office• Fluent in English and Spanish• Analytical skills for payroll and time attendance• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills• Listening skills to understand employee issues• Ability to work and communicate with all levels of Operations and management• Organized with strong attention to detail• Able to obtain a SIDA Badge from the airport
