Schedule: Shift work Monday-Friday Highlights: Competitive Pay: $120/hour - all-inclusive rate. This includes $90/hour plus $166/day to cover lodging, meals & incidentals. Work/life balance Working with the IHS population 1099 position HOSPITAL INFO: Size of the hospital: Small, level IV center Types of cases: Bread and Butter (Gen, podiatry, some ortho, some OB, rare C-sections, GI. No cardiac, no neuro). They only do the rare spinal for OB (no epidural service). Professional Requirements: Additional Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Minimum of one (3) years of nursing experience with (2) years of relative experience within the last three (3)-years. Possess a current and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. U.S. citizen Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to effectively communicate. Physically capable of standing and sitting for extended periods and performing all services required under the contract. Operating Room RN Specific Core Duties .
The ability to perform the following procedures as an OR registered nurse is required but not limited to:
