Operating Room (OR) Director CTTX Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operating Room (OR) Director to lead our surgical department. As the OR Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations, strategic planning, and delivery of high-quality patient care in our OR.

Requirements Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the Operating Room department, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation. Lead and manage a team of OR nurses, surgical technicians, and support staff, providing guidance and support. Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and efficient surgical procedures. Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize surgical processes. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or relevant clinical license in the state of practice. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Operating Room (OR) setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, perioperative workflow, and patient care standards. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in surgical services and healthcare management.
