The Opening Member Services Representative will be responsible for ensuring the timely opening of the club and providing exceptional customer service to members.Greet members, handle front desk activities, and respond to member questions and concerns.Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.

Responsibilities
• Greet members, prospective members, and guests with exceptional customer service.• Handle all front desk related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and signing up new members.• Take prospective members on tours and facilitate updates to member accounts.• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
Requirements
• Punctuality, reliability, and dependability are a must.• Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation.• Customer service background preferred.• Basic computer proficiency required.• Passion for fitness and health.• Exceptional customer service skills.• Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.• Must be 18 years of age or older.
