Responsibilities
• Assist & Greet current prospective members• Evaluate needs of potential members and offer appropriate financial products and services• Identify sales opportunities and present options and alternative solutions• Maintain knowledge of PenFed's products and services• Provide ongoing relationship with current members• Assist and educate members on the use of PenFed Online (PFOL), mobile banking, etc.• Resolve complex member problems• Prepare loan documents for review and disbursement• Maintain knowledge of operations, security, balancing procedures, etc.• Conduct quality assurance monitoring of documents• Provide input to and assist in the implementation of new marketing projects• Conduct member transactions• Maintain teller cash drawer limits• Balance cash drawer daily• Maintain accurate records of deposits, withdrawals, etc.• Assist with the daily balancing and closing out of the branch• Assist in training of new teammates• Perform various Universal Representative (UR) responsibilities• Provide support to other branches• Support additional PenFed initiatives• Provide Notary Services if applicable
Requirements
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required• Minimum of one (1) year of superior customer service experience is required• Teller experience is preferred• Valid Notary Public, preferred
