For additional information about L&T Technology Services log on to??????????????Job Description & Skill Requirement: The EP-Project Engineer primary role is to manage engineering sub contrators in compliance with the project contract requirements(i.e. project schedule, cost, HSE, company standards and procedures).PE role also involves in some cases the need to review or study modifications to Chemicals Soilids Handling facilities for a Greenfield Project, as applicable to engineering subcontractors.Design and/or study of Solids Handling facilities for a new Thermal Resin Greenfield Project, in Pre-FEED stage.Manage & execute solids handling study/design with a specialty subcontractor in Pre-FEED stage.Review solids handling study/design and make comments. Then make recommendations to client.Encourage and implement successful workshare execution for all engineering and procurement scopes.Demonstrate creativity, foresight and mature judgement in anticipating risks and mitigating those risks.Manage general engineering services design contractor activities during the development of project proposal, include definition of project work scope and schedule requirements.Development of detailed estimate MTO's, leading to funding for project Gate review process.Manage preparation of Pre-FEED, FEED deliverables & detailed design drawings, material specs and procurement, for engineering subcontractors.Participate in organizational improvement initiatives as needed.Ensure the project review process and other quality control guidelines are followed for all engineering subcontractors.Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing client personnel, with appropriate client levels of management and engineering subcontractors. • Support continuous improvement of project management execution systems, work processes and procedures, tailored to engineering subcontractors.Qualification:* Bachelor or Masters Engineering Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Minimum of 7 - 10 yrs of exp
