Looking for a maintenence person to work five days a week from 5pm - 9pm from Memorial Day until Labor Day
Duties include:
Job requirements are to check all bodies of water for guest wearing pool bands and mop high traffic areas, clean/restock restrooms, and empty trash. Perform preventative maintenance and routine maintenance. General janitorial and grounds work throughout the Community Associations. Advising supervisor of needed repairs, improvements and safety issues. Plus other work related tasks as needed Qualifications: Must be able to speak, read and write English. Bilingual a plus. Must be a proficient problem-solver. Pool maintenance experience is a plus, but not necessary. Pay and Benefits: $17.00 to $19.00 depending on education and experience.
