Lansing Trade Group is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers through online chat to provide information, support, and assistance.2. Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in an online customer service or chat support role.2. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.4. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software.5. Confidence and resilience to handle challenging customer interactions.6. Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
