Online Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Web Chat Officer to join our team at Intel in Houston, Texas. As an Associate Level Online Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through our online chat platform to provide support, answer inquiries, and troubleshoot any issues they may have. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through our online chat platform to provide timely and accurate support- Answer customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems or concerns- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team if necessary- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the online chat platform

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Hardworking and energetic personality traits- Strong problem-solving and project management skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
