Online Web Chat Officer

We are currently seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Officer to join our team at NetApp in Dallas, Texas. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate must be driven and resourceful, with a passion for innovation and excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities:1. Handle online chat inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner.2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services.3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues customers may encounter during their online experience.4. Utilize online chat software to engage with customers and provide support.5. Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall online customer experience.6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:1. 1+ year of experience in online customer service or a similar role.2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.4. Proficiency in using online chat software and other customer service tools.5. Knowledge of basic technical troubleshooting techniques.6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
