Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Online Web Chat Manager to join our team at Hershey in New York City, New York. As the Online Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all online web chat activities for the company. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Manage and monitor all online web chat platforms to ensure a seamless customer experience- Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and conversion rates through online chat- Train and supervise a team of online chat agents to provide high-quality customer service- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of online chat initiatives and make data-driven decisions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize online chat performance and drive business growth- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat management
Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in online chat management or a related field- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field- Strong communication and leadership skills- Adaptable and resourceful personality traits- Critical thinking and strategic planning soft skills- Proven track record of successfully managing online chat platforms and driving results- Experience with customer service software and analytics tools- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
