Online Web Chat Associate

D.R. Horton is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or online chat support.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving complaints- Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of customer communications

Requirements:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in typing and multitasking- Familiarity with CRM software and online chat platforms- High school diploma or equivalent
