Online Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Fidelity National Information Services is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Web Chat Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat interactions.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through online chat to provide support and assistance- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner- Provide information about products and services, as well as handle billing and account inquiries- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and support for customers

Requirements:- Reliable and passionate individual with excellent communication skills- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues- Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer service software- Knowledge of financial services and products is a plus
