Job Description:
Ross Stores is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an Online Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat platforms to provide support, answer questions, and assist with online orders.
Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner through online chat platforms.2. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries related to products, promotions, and orders.3. Assist customers with online orders, including processing transactions and resolving any issues that may arise.4. Utilize persuasive techniques to encourage customers to make purchases and increase sales.5. Collaborate with the online sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience across all platforms.6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.7. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding online sales and customer service.
Requirements:1. Adaptable and resourceful personality traits.2. Strong persuasion skills and the ability to effectively manage projects.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.6.
