Online Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Dana Holding in New York City, New York. As an Associate level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through online chat to address their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues they may have- Assist customers with navigating our website, placing orders, and managing their accounts- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all platforms- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in online chat support- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Reliable and adaptable to changing customer needs- Proficient in negotiation and able to think innovatively to solve problems- Experience with online chat platforms and CRM software is a plus
