Job Description:
Whirlpool is seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an Entry-level position, no prior experience is necessary, but we are looking for individuals who are reliable, innovative, and have strong people management skills.
Responsibilities:1. Providing online support to customers through chat, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information.2. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve customer concerns efficiently.3. Monitoring and responding to customer feedback and inquiries on various online platforms.4. Utilizing software tools to track and log customer interactions and feedback for analysis.5. Assisting in the development of content for online chat scripts and FAQs based on customer interactions.6. Contributing to the improvement of online customer service strategies and processes.
Requirements:1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.2. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.3. Comfortable working with technology and learning new software tools.4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.5. Ability to work independently and within a team.6. Must be resourceful and reliable.7. Prior experience in customer service or online support is a plus.8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
