Job Description:

FirstEnergy is seeking an adaptable and dedicated Online Support Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level position, the Online Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional online support to customers through various channels, including chat, email, and social media. This part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Utilize problem-solving and decision-making skills to address customer concerns- Provide accurate information about products and services- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and follow-up- Collaborate with other team members to improve online support processes- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using online support tools and software- Adaptable and able to handle a fast-paced work environment- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
