Online Support Representative

Job Description:

Farmers Insurance Exchange is seeking a part-time Online Support Representative to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate level position with a minimum of 4 years of experience, the Online Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online users.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to online services, products, and account management- Provide product information and assistance to customers to enhance their online experience- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to online support

Requirements:- Reliable and resilient personality traits- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using online support tools and software- Prior experience in customer service or technical support- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
