Job Description:

Domtar, a leading provider of fiber-based products, is seeking a driven and passionate Online Support Representative to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a part-time position ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to grow their career in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via online platforms such as chat, email, and social media- Assist customers with account management, order processing, and product information- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate- Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Strong time management and organizational skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software- A positive attitude and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
