Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Support Representative to join our team at Peabody Energy in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level position, the Online Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our online users. This is a part-time role with the potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with our online platform, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.3. Provide product information and assistance to customers, guiding them through the online platform as needed.4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.5. Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system for future reference.6. Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers.7. Assist in testing new features and updates to the online platform before rollout.8. Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service, always striving to exceed customer expectations.9. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience in a technical support role.2. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools.6. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.7. Willingness to travel occasionally for training or conferences.8. Remote work flexibility with the ability to work from home or in-office as needed.9. Understanding and empathy towards customers in all interactions.
