Job Description:
Old Republic International is seeking an Online Support Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 5 years of experience in online support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven, dedicated, and possess strong project management and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the online support team to ensure efficient and effective customer service- Develop and implement strategies to improve online support processes and systems- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner- Monitor online support metrics and KPIs to track performance and make data-driven decisions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and drive improvements- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in online support- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online customer service to continuously improve our processes
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- 5+ years of experience in online support or a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online support tools- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Experience in presenting to internal and external stakeholders- Experience with CRM software is a plus
