Job Description:

As the Online Support Manager at World Fuel Services in Denver, Colorado, you will be responsible for managing a team of online support specialists to ensure the smooth operation of our online services and platforms. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer support to our users, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing the online support processes.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and lead a team of online support specialists to deliver high-quality customer service.2. Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in online support or a related field.3. Proven experience managing a team and driving operational excellence.4. Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence.6. Resilient and motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment.7.
