Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Online Support Manager to join the Philip Morris International team in Austin, Texas. As the Online Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing the online support team, ensuring excellent customer service and support is provided to our online users. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and oversee the online support team, providing guidance and support as needed.2. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback on various online platforms.3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.4. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and improve overall online support strategies.5. Develop and implement training programs for online support team members to enhance customer service skills.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online support to continuously improve the customer experience.7. Provide regular reports and updates to management on online support performance metrics.8. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment within the online support department.

Requirements:1. Energetic and resilient personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced online environment.2. Strong emotional intelligence and a knack for conducting effective research to better understand customer needs and preferences.3. Previous experience in a customer service or online support role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.7. Availability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
