Online Support Associate

Veritiv is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Support Associate in our San Francisco, California office. This part-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via online channels such as email, chat, and social media- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their questions and concerns- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve overall customer experience- Contribute to the development of online support resources and materials- Assist with other projects and tasks as needed

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Hardworking and independent individual who can work effectively with minimal supervision- Creative problem-solver with a high level of emotional intelligence- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving work environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online communication tools
