Job Description:

Responsibilities:1. Provide online support to customers via chat, email, and social media platforms.2. Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical issues.3. Monitor online conversations and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different customer personalities.3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.4.
