Online Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Support Associate to join our team at Kroger in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Online Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through various online platforms. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to online orders- Assist with order tracking and delivery updates- Document customer interactions and feedback- Collaborate with other teams to improve online customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions

Requirements:- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Resilient and able to handle challenging customer situations- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field
