Job description:
Dillard's is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Online Operations Associate to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be reliable, driven, and possess strong analytical and project management skills.
Responsibilities:1. Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the online store, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service.2. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure operational efficiency.4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to online operations.5. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise.6. Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance the online shopping experience for customers.7. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions to drive online sales.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.2. 4+ years of experience in online operations, e-commerce, or a similar role.3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.4. Excellent project management skills.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with e-commerce platforms.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
