Job Description:
Northwestern Mutual is seeking a passionate and independent Online Operations Associate to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level position, the Online Operations Associate will be responsible for managing various online operations tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our digital platforms.
Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain the company's online presence across various platforms- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updates and maintenance of online content- Analyze data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in online operations- Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement new features and enhancements- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to online operations- Provide support to customers and internal users with online platform-related inquiries- Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in online operations or related role- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other online operations tools- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques- Experience in data analysis and reporting
