Job Description:Aramark is seeking an energetic and driven Online Office Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in office management or related fields. The Online Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online office, ensuring efficiency and productivity in a part-time capacity.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and maintain online office systems, including email communication, document management, and virtual meetings.2. Coordinate online team schedules, appointments, and deadlines.3. Conduct online research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices.4. Assist in developing and implementing online office policies and procedures.5. Collaborate with online team members to optimize workflow and productivity.6. Monitor and track online office expenses, budgets, and procurement activities.7. Provide online administrative support to online executives and staff as needed.8. Ensure data security and confidentiality in online office operations.9. Participate in online training and professional development opportunities.10. Contribute to Aramark's corporate social responsibility initiatives by giving back to the community through volunteer activities.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.2. Proficiency in online office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms.3. Strong organizational and time management skills.4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.6. Demonstrated cooperation and teamwork abilities.7. Experience with online research and data analysis.8. Energetic and driven personality traits.9.
