Job Description:

ABM Industries, a leading facilities management company, is seeking an Online Marketing Assistant to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a part-time position ideal for entry-level individuals with at least 1 year of experience in marketing. As an Online Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our digital marketing efforts and help drive the success of our online campaigns.

Responsibilities:- Assist in creating and implementing online marketing strategies to promote our services and products- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand awareness- Monitor website traffic and analyze key metrics to optimize performance- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for online platforms- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth- Assist with email marketing campaigns and analyze results to improve effectiveness- Support the development of online advertising campaigns and track ROI- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online marketing

Requirements:- Independent and motivated with a strong work ethic- Strong leadership and time management skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and other online marketing tools- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred
