As an Online Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing customer support through live chat on our website. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals who are hardworking, confident, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and resolve issues in a timely manner- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers- Ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries- Conduct research to provide customers with accurate information- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive customer support experience- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and overall service quality

Requirements:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Strong research skills to provide accurate information to customers- Team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment- High school diploma or equivalent- Must be a confident individual who can handle challenging situations with professionalism
