Job Description:

As an Online Live Chat Specialist at Accenture, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online live chat interactions. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product information, and guiding customers through the online purchasing process. You will also be expected to actively engage with customers to provide a personalized and positive experience.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to online chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.5. Maintain records of customer interactions and transaction details.6. Continuously improve knowledge of products and services through training and research.7. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.8. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow data protection guidelines.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent work experience).2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or online chat support.3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficient in using online chat platforms and CRM systems.6. Resourceful and motivated to provide excellent customer service.7. Demonstrated cooperation and teamwork skills.8. Ability to conduct research and problem-solve effectively.9. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
