ADP is looking for a Part-Time Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in San Diego, California. This Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resilient, hardworking, and possess strong research and cooperation skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide online support to customers through live chat- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Utilize resources to research and provide accurate information to customers- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet and exceed performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload- Proficiency in typing and computer skills- Strong research and problem-solving skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
