Job Description:
Voya Financial is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online live chat support. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat- Assist customers with account inquiries, technical issues, and general questions- Research customer issues and provide solutions or escalate as needed- Negotiate with customers to reach mutually beneficial resolutions- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality- Meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:- Independent and confident personality traits- Strong research and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proven experience in customer service or a related field- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
