We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Online Live Chat Representative to join our team at WestRock in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Live Chat Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support on our website.

Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.2. Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while interacting with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.3. Utilize persuasive communication skills to guide customers towards purchasing decisions and upsell additional products or services.4. Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to gather feedback on customer interactions and improve the overall customer experience.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.7. Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference and analysis.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or sales roles.2. Resilient and hardworking personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.3. Excellent persuasion skills to influence customer decisions effectively.4. Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions.5. Ability to multitask and prioritize customer inquiries in a high-volume chat environment.6. Proficient in using live chat software and CRM systems to manage customer interactions.7. Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
