Online Live Chat Manager

Job Description:

PepsiCo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, we are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and oversee online live chat operations, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns.2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the customer experience through live chat interactions.3. Train and supervise a team of live chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed.4. Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in live chat operations.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align live chat goals with overall customer service objectives.6. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in online customer service to continuously enhance the chat experience.7. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner.8. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their professional growth.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.2. Proven experience in managing online live chat operations in a fast-paced environment.3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Resourceful and able to think creatively to solve problems.6. Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.7. Proficient in research and data analysis.8. Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting.
