Online Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Morgan Stanley is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Associate to join our team in San Jose, California. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, although 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. The ideal candidate for this role will be hardworking and independent, with strong soft skills in presentation and innovation.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to provide support and answer queries in a timely and professional manner- Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining quality of service- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience- Utilize knowledge base and resources to effectively address customer concerns- Identify trends and provide feedback to improve products and services

Requirements:- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated- Strong communication and presentation skills- Demonstrated innovation and problem-solving abilities- Proficiency in using online chat platforms- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
