Job Description:
EMC is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Live Chat Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California. This part-time Associate Level position will require at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:1. Provide real-time support to customers through online chat.2. Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing product information.3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.6. Stay updated on product knowledge and training materials.7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the online chat support process.
Requirements:1. 2+ years of experience in customer service or online chat support.2. Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.4. Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.5. Strong presentation skills.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms.7. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
