The Online Live Chat Assistant at Dow Chemical in New York City, New York is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This part-time Associate Level role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar customer service or administrative role.

Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support, answer queries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.2. Assist customers in navigating the company website, products, and services, providing accurate information and guidance as needed.3. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.4. Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online platforms.6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.7. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the online chat support process and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:1. Resourceful and independent with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.2. Attention to detail and strong project management skills.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software.5. Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is preferred.6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
