Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and independent Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Razorpay. As a part-time Associate Level position based in Indianapolis, Indiana, US, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through online live chat interactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be adaptable to changing situations.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to answer inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Utilize knowledge of our products and services to offer personalized solutions to customers- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support across all communication channels- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to inform future improvements in service- Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and industry trends to provide the most current information to customers- Assist with other customer service tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in customer service roles- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing circumstances- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus
