Job Description:

DaVita HealthCare Partners is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to optimize marketing strategies- Manage social media channels and create engaging content to attract and retain followers- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms- Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve performance- Provide reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders- Collaborate with external partners to execute joint marketing initiatives

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Excellent organizational and time management abilities- Adaptability to changing trends and technology- Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing- People management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
