Job Description:

As an Online Customer Support Specialist at Alaska Air Group in San Jose, California, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clientele. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to online booking, reservations, and account management3. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members6. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer support efficiency7. Collaborate with the marketing team to gather customer feedback for product improvement

Requirements:1. Confident and resilient personality traits to handle challenging situations with customers2. Excellent negotiation skills to effectively communicate and resolve customer issues3. Strong research abilities to provide accurate information to customers4. Familiarity with online booking systems and customer support software5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online collaboration tools
